I can't recommend Stoney Creek Family Dental enough- 5 stars! I went to a different clinic and had a root canal procedure half completed as a pulpectomy. The root canal became infected. 2 round of antibiotics and 15 days later I called Stoney Creek Family Dental with a swollen and hot face. Within 2 hours of calling- my infected tooth has been pulled and my insurance has been billed directly. I can not say enough how satisfied I am with my treatment. I finally have relief!

I cannot recommend this place more. I had a filling fall out, which was causing me a lot of discomfort. I was able to call them, and book the same day. After seeing them, they had completely fixed this problem. On top of that, there staff went out of their way to make sure I would get the best possible coverage from my insurance, making my out of pocket payment as little as possible. This dentist is wonderful. I just recently moved from my last dentist and I feel so much more understood here! I have major anxiety about the dentist and they are so understanding, always offering breaks, always asking if I'm okay, and overall just make me feel seen. Other dentists have gotten annoyed at this because it can take extra time and I acknowledge that but these dentists did not make me feel like an inconvenience at all which I really appreciated. I've only been here twice and my anxiety about going to the dentist is already starting to dwindle. (btw love all the ladies here, Dr. Victoria Zhao and Dr. Samantha Redman are the best!)

Alicia is truly one of the best dental hygienists I have ever met. She is not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and caring. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She took amazing care of all my sisters and me, always making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable throughout our appointments.The level of care and compassion she shows genuinely stands out. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My younger sister also received dental services at the clinic with Dr. Hogan-Cann and had a wonderful experience as well. Thank you, Alicia, and the entire team for providing such outstanding care.
